Book a wellbeing workshop
Our café and therapy rooms aren't open yet, but our workshops are. We're running wellness events across Glasgow—each one different, each one designed to create space for mental health reflection outside clinical walls. Some are creative (collage, communal art, visual storytelling), some are activity-based (movement, connection exercises), and others we're still designing based on what our community tells us they need. These aren't therapy sessions, but they're not superficial self-care either. They're genuine opportunities to pause, reflect, and connect with others who want to understand or improve their mental wellbeing.
